Food is so much more than what we eat. The nutrition we supply ourselves affects every single cell in our body. For this reason, my holistic approach encompasses the entire being: mind, body, and spirit. Based on your goals and desires, we will find a personalized balance that works best for your lifestyle and belief system. I provide you with truth about the foods that are available to us. I then guide you down your path towards optimal health and well-being through self-awareness, self-acceptance and gratitude.

Current Practice
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach who specializes in the client-based approach for all nutrition-related conditions. My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, eating disorders, weight release and management, diabetes, heart disease and kidney disease as well as food allergies and intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome, and anti-inflammatory diets. I truly believe that the only effective approach is working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients feel completely supported. I also offer in-store consultations and store tours as the Nature’s Food Patch Store Nutritionist in Clearwater, FL. As a doTerra Wellness Advocate, I practice and teach how essential oils are an extremely valuable self-care, self-love tool.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Boston University. I then pursued my nutrition interest a few years later and began with an Associates from North Shore Community College in Danvers, MA. Thereafter, I fulfilled my Certificate in the Didactic Program in Dietetics at Simmons College in Boston, MA, which was a requirement for clinical dietetic internship program. In May 2014, I graduated from my supervised practicum at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center. I am currently enrolled in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at St. Petersburg Yoga and plan to finish in December 2016. Thereafter, I intend to pursue the Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) specialty from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE).
