Hey! I’m Jacqui Supplee!  I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Athletic Trainer, but I’m also an eating disorder dietitian, picky eating dietitianand health management dietitian. I specialize in providing accurate and educational information on food, nutrition, and exercise to children, adolescents, and adults.

Eating Disorder Dietitian
I provide accurate information, meal plans, and meal support to children, adolescents, and adults with disordered eating patterns including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, picky eating, night eating, or food fears or phobias. Together we can work to develop adaptive and balanced approaches to your nutritional wellness.

Picky Eating Dietitian
I work clients of all ages who restrict certain food categories or specific foods. I can work with you or your child to understand why some foods may be more difficult (allergies, intolerance, or anxiety) and develop a plan to re-introduce them in a safe and effective way.

Health Management Dietitian
I work with children, adults, and families to create appropriate and evidenced based programs for health management. This includes education and meal planning for clients with a medical illness such as diabetes, crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or reflux.

Hey! I’m Jacqui Supplee!  I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, but I also empower my clients through the “All-Foods-Fit” philosophy, health at every size (HAES), and balanced meal planning I work with youth and adults to create different patterns of eating that support balanced and energetic lifestyles.

All-Foods-Fit Dietitian
I believe that food is here not only to nourish us, but to provide us with fun, socialization, and connection. I follow the ‘All-Foods-Fit’ philosophy, and believe that all foods have a place in our day-to-day lives in balance and moderation.

Health At Every Size (HAES) Dietitian
I encourage my clients to see past the number on the scale and examine how their nutrition and exercise regimen support their personal goals. We focus on activity level, quality of life, energy level, self-confidence, and nutritional support rather than the size of your pants or the number on the scale.

Balanced Meal Plans Dietitian
I will work with you to develop a balanced and appropriate meal plan given your personal goals. I work with children, college students, adults, and elite athletes to create a meal plan that supports your physical and cognitive needs.
